Managed All aspects of the R&D project from planning and budgeting to scale-up and production support. Proven Record in leading, managing, and delivering research projects in a global environment. He is an accomplished leader in the development of a sustainable process for the manufacture of intermediates and API, and the digital Transformation of drug discovery and process research laboratories. Designed, handled and delivered several digitization project at the R&D ranging from ELN, inventory and analytics. He has been associated with organization like, Nicholas Piramal, Nycomed (Altana) and Lupin Limited.
